Midland Triathlon Club

10/01/19>Steven Franzoni has kindly agreed to give a beginner & intermediate bike maintenance course to MTC members. These will be held in his bike shop, Outdoor Escape, and start at 6.30pm.

The beginners course will cover:
-Bike components
-Basic checkover safety
-Tyre and tube change

The intermediate course will cover:
-Bike cleaning & oiling
-Fault finding
-What lies ahead with poor maintenance

Note: to attend the intermediate course it is essential that you are able to competently & quickly change a tube & tyre. This will be covered in the beginner course only and NOT in the intermediate course.

Places are limited to 14 so please post below if you are interested in attending, and say whether it is the beginner or intermediate course that you wish to attend.
