Race Route Information

 

The race will held in the beautitful surroundings of Lilliput Adventure Centre on the shores of Lough Ennell.

 

 

  • Run 1 run course will be a out and back 5km lap on flat country roads.

  • Transition will be located in the grassy area 

  • We continue with our new 40k cycling route  - one lap instead of two giving less congestion on the cycle route and makes for a more interesting race.

  • Run 2 will be our out and back 10km run course
